The reception team, especially a lovely and classy lady, were friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. There were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner, and I was delighted with the delicious breakfast options available, including a buffet and omelette station. Although I had some minor concerns, such as a small desk for work and the absence of a hand towel holder, they were overshadowed by the overall excellent services provided. I look forward to staying at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to others. a fantastic stay!
